A court case against this business is imminent. The way they lie about shipment times is against the law. This is my second order from them; the first time, despite being given four weeks, it took 20+. This again, my order has been delayed by almost two months. Not at all acceptable. Also, extremely slack customer service.

Import taxes and/or customs may apply to orders being delivered outside the USA and the EU (except the UK). Please be aware that Averie is not responsible for paying any customs or duties on international orders that exceed the customs free value of the location of your delivery. Your postal service will directly inform you if import customs or duties are applicable to your package. Please take note that Averie reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping and import duties from a refund in the event that a client refuses a product owing to import tariffs. Refund Policy
After 14 business days have passed since the date of delivery, returns and exchanges are accepted. All items being exchanged or returned must be unworn, have all tags and hygiene stickers attached, and be sent back in the original packaging. In order to reduce environmental waste and promote reuse, we also request that returns be returned back in the original postal mailer (which contains a double self-adhesive sealing strip for this purpose).
Please be aware that we do not pay for return shipping for things that need to be exchanged for a different product or size or returned for a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying the full mailing expenses for any returns to our warehouse in Houston, Texas.
Please wait 4-5 business days for processing once your return is received and up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Only the original form of payment can receive refunds. When our staff has completed processing your refund, we'll let you know through email so you know when to anticipate it.

- Labels and hangtags must be applied to all returned goods, which must also be packaged in their original satin pajama bags and original condition. Please be aware that a swimsuit can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is still on it.

- For items being returned for a refund, we do not pay for the return shipping expenses.
