In the office, people have the format “I’m sitting in the office - it means I’m working,” smoke breaks and teas. On a remote site, you write off time for tasks, and 8 hours at the end of the day should converge normally. Plus, you constantly behind the scenes prove to the customer that yes, you are working, and it’s not clear what you are doing.

In general, remote communication is more difficult. If some colleagues or management do not know how to work with a distributed team, then this is hard on remote workers.

And it’s more difficult to change jobs — the remote work market is much smaller than the office one.

To make good money on freelancing, you need to be a very hardy, responsible, productive and sociable person. The majority of people are rather lazy and cannot boast of these qualities. Therefore, they sit in their places with a limited salary.

I worked in a design studio as a graphic designer with a fairly high salary for those days. Three years ago, I switched to freelancing, as I realized that I could realize my high speed and productivity more profitably by working on my own behalf.

Hello. You very accurately noticed the high productivity and responsibility for the project when working as a freelancer. I have many good friends who have also chosen to work remotely. By the way, I can share with all these great remote job offers, because it was thanks to this marketplace that I was able to find a really wonderful team of specialists with whom I have been working in the field of equipment design for several months.
