BlackBerry hoàn tất thương vụ mua lại Good Technology

Như vậy là sau thời gian dài đàm phán thì cuối cùng BlackBerry cũng đã hoàn tất việc mua lại Good Technology để tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế của hãng đối với thị trường doanh nghiệp, hứa hẹn sẽ mang lại một nền tảng an toàn với nhiều ứng dụng dành cho các thiết bị thuộc nhiều nền tảng.

Good Technology là một nhà cung cấp các dịch vụ bảo mật dành cho di động có trụ sở tại Mỹ. Việc mua lại Good sẽ bổ sung thêm dịch vụ và công nghệ của Google vào hệ thống bảo mật của BlackBerry, trước đó họ đã được xây dựng hệ thống này trên hệ điều hành Android, BB10 và sẽ mở rộng khả năng quản lý phần cứng từ nhiều hệ điều hành, bao gồm cả iOS và Windows.
