JOB DESCRIPTION ​

Sales Engineer (Valves, Instrumentation & Pumps)
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Main Responsibility:

• Approach customers to understand their requirements and offer technical consultancy in due time.
• Contact and discuss with principals to get quotations,
• Process quotation/ bidding documents (with the support of Sales Support & Technical Support).
• Follow up status of quotations and bidding documents, offer solutions to ensure the highest possibility of winning the bids.
• Prepare contracts for Purchase Orders; coordinate with other relevant departments and individuals for performing the orders.
• Deal with all arising issues during the sales order process
• Coordinate with accounting department to follow up customers’ payment progress of their outstanding debts.
• Take accountability in following up the whole process of orders till payment completed
• Coordinate with technical department to support clients with technical solutions in installation and trial.
• Do other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.

• Age: 22 – 30
• Gender: Male
• Bachelor in Automation and Controls, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Chemistry
• New college graduates are prioritized.
• Good knowledge about process / flow measurement technology
• Ability to acquire good technical knowledge Principal products.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English in both writing and speaking
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Must be confident in dealing with customers at all levels
• Be responsible, dynamic and honest.
• Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
